- Crazy Seattle Real Estate Lots of new construction in Lake Stevens. Looks like this is the new Bothell for North of Seattle. Houses have ~20 offers with all bids above 1MM on SFH. The new construction happening looks great but are highly optimized by builders for the lot space. I am not sure if this will hold value 5-7 year
- Ridiculous Seattle housing market Listing agents report early offers to Redfin and Zillow to up the estimate. So if you are putting early offer and don't have an all cash offer, then don't. No amount of offer is being accepted before review dates right now. Listing agents are smart and use your offer to push the price further up. H
