The interview process works for non e-staff positions. The people on the ground doing the work are smart, capable employees. Several strong women in leadership positions. Great opportunity to learn about machine learning.
Leadership is a mess. Employees are expected to regularly work outside of normal working hours. Pay is not commiserate to job duties or experience. Does not promote from within. Lack of relevant experience at most all levels of leadership.
