Tons of politics, resulting in overly competitive toxic teammates. I heard slack had good culture, but maybe not anymore. Senior leadership does not give proper support nor listen to anyone other than C suite. Really top down feel.

How does the company stay afloat if Microsoft can give Teams away for free (even if Teams isn’t quite as polished, functionally it has parity wirh Slack and the video conferencing capabilities are even better). Any Slack folks have some sense of what’s going on over there?
This regards video conferencing on Zoom, Skpye, Slack, or whatever for some routine/daily meeting with your team. Just talking and someone sharing a screen. Nothing formal. You do it with the camera on or off/covered?
I’m a bit perplexed by the Loom deal. It’s not a video conferencing tool like Zoom, which would have made more sense.
