Work-life balance can be good but is very team dependent, people are nice in general, benefits are decent.
Culture has gotten much worse in the last couple of years, some orgs and teams are toxic, compensation is not great with stock not doing well, multiple changes in the product direction, management does not seem to have a long term vision.
