Absolute mayhem, at least in the Starship org. Ridiculous deadlines and designs seem half-assed to meet them. Expect to take on 2-3 peopleās workload. Your sanity will be tested, but you will be rewarded if you can last 4-5 years and vest.
I am having trouble deciding to jump ship to SpaceX. They offered 220k TC and in my current job I am at 230k TC. I want to work on something meaningful but I am also worried about the financial risk.
