Depending on your team the work/life balance is good. The health benefits across the company are also good.
No bonuses = no incentive to work beyond what your role requires, compensation is average at best, company culture has become fragmented and communication between teams has siloed off since going public and getting bigger. Not resourcing teams and too many re-orgs that don't help support products.
