- Companies with .net stack and RSU compensation I am fairly new to blind and RSU based compensation. I have been working with .net/c#/azure for a long time. - Do RSU grants stack when promoted? Say I have an offer for 100k RSU over 4 years. 2 Years in, I get promoted and now have 200k RSU for 4 years. Does that mean for 2 years, I will be getting 75k (100/4 + 200/4)? Or does the initial grant get overridden. Sorry for noob question.
