Laid back - to an extent Work remotely Some smart colleagues that should work in FAANG (but very few)
Pensioners being transferred to IT require a lot of spoon feeding and mentorship to get things done. Lack of proactive teammates to take ownership of their own tasks. Heavy expectation of completing tasks through pair-programming from experienced members and ruining team morale when they don't get it.
Posting again since I didn't get any feedback. Have anyone had any experience with the State Farm in Palo Alto? I'd like to hear what other blinders have to say
