- Not much opportunity for career growth. I found myself stuck in a role with a heavy workload so there wasn't any time for learning. - Promotions happen slowly - Managers are hit-or-miss, it really depends on the team. Many care about you, many others care more about hearing themselves talk - The culture of my team is overly stressful. Not sure if this applies to other teams - Strict RTO policy
