Great benefits and decent pay; not always micromanaged; free lunch; free EV charging; occasional raffles for stadium tickets
Terrible work life balance; leadership is culty and always keeps a blind eye; 2-3% max wage increase; you’re basically locked in the level you arrive at; working with a lot of traditionalists
Hey Blind. Got an offer from T-Mobile through a recruiting company. This is a 6 months contract to hire role, but my mind is not settled for the TC at $145k ($78 per hour rate) How can I negotiate a better salary. I was expecting $160-180K range. Current TC: $115 YOE: 4
#telecom #tmobile #gsa The large list of excluded roles doesn’t make sense. Require call center (working at home) but not retail? Retail has the most diverse contact with people. Watch to see if any TMO or GSA announcements after the April date (April 2?). Maybe they need to fall in line with A...Read more
I get hit up frequentky by recruiters trying to get me to contact for Tmobile. Should I do it?
I’ve been offered a full time position from the contract position at t-mobile recently but to my surprise, I need to take a pay cut in my total compensation (30% decrease in base salary, 10% pay cut if I factor in stock options, PTO, and bonus) I was thinking to stay as a contractor but my contract...Read more

I've been told ...Read more
I got an offer at T-Mobile for 95/hr on a contract to hire. Fed income taxes are going to be ridiculous. I heard that you can save money by starting an LLC and writing off "work expenses" to cut taxes down from 35% to 10%. Has anyone done this? TC 115k YOE 4y

I never liked Verizon, AT&T, or Comcast. Always opted for the underdog. Usually T-Mobile and now Google Fi. Maybe I’m missing something, why do you like the big US Telecom providers? Personally I really like that Google Fi is cheaper, doesn’t require a contract, and works wherever I go in the worl...Read more
