Can’t think of any due to executive level leadership. It was once a great company that was culture and people driven. That has been gutted with 2 major layoffs in the last 4 years.
With recent 12k layoffs, have to do more with less. Incredibly stretch goals that are unattainable which makes me think they are using it to justify further layoffs. Recent change in RTO policy = 5 days a week.

I got laid off in Jan. Amazon was my 'breakthrough' from all the previous low paying and not so challenging jobs. I'll soon be leaving. A part of me feels like asking the hard questions to directors/VPs in their meetings. But I'm anyways leaving, so I am wondering if it really matters to give real feedback at the risk of burning bridges. Or just don't care and move on? TC:220k

SVB collapsed and many start ups will be affected badly. Sad situation but my view is that in the next 6 months, many of great employees will lose their jobs. :( Brace yourself, friends. Have a plan B. I hope the worst was over but seems like it’s yet to come. TC: 0
