Comp can be nice, depending on the stock price. Pay increases are not great
Overtime expectations, terrible management. The culture encourages engineers to chase metrics rather than do actual work.
The staff are generally nice and "family-like" and the office is pretty nice for a smaller company when not in a pandemic.
Promotions in title and compensation are almost entirely tied to just time at the company but promotion in responsibility is much quicker. The company hires for roles in areas that they still clearly don't understand.

I wonder if for the freshly spin-off entity, Uber is converting unvested employee stock to Uber ATG entity’s stock? If so, its a bummer because these employees will now have to wait longer to cash out.
