Decent pay and good work life balance when it comes to salaries personnel. Especially after Covid, lot of resources and flexibility is provided to employees.
Salary and job growth are slow but typical for a government contractor. No bonus structure for most employees and lot of politics is involved to get promoted after a certain point.
