I will soon interview with Apple for an ICT4 role. I have a very good domain match with the team. Due to the Meta stock appreciation my compensation is now 525k per year. Apple cannot match this for ICT4. Will Apple upgrade level to ICT5 if I perform very well in interviews?
Do firms ever upgrade after interviewing? Like if I interview and do well for an E5 or L5 but am clearly alot more experienced. Does it happen upwards - seems to go downwards sometimes ? (not always so clear what level u r interviewing for either) Specific Amazon and Google
