Extremely low compensation. No longer reward loyalty. If you begin your career here and work your way up you will always be at the bottom of the very large salary ranges. External hires will get paid substantially more for same position. No more partnership bump for 6+ years of service. Benefits get worse every year. Clearly no longer care about crew. All that matters is the bottom line.
