Extremely low compensation. No longer reward loyalty. If you begin your career here and work your way up you will always be at the bottom of the very large salary ranges. External hires will get paid substantially more for same position. No more partnership bump for 6+ years of service. Benefits get worse every year. Clearly no longer care about crew. All that matters is the bottom line.

I’m looking to switch jobs asap. I currently work at Chase and can’t stand my toxic manager. He gave me a terrible performance review despite me meeting and exceeding expectations. Because of the bad, rating I most likely won’t be able to move internally. Additionally, I received no bonus or raise. ...Read more
Hi. I am trying to pick 401k plan Vanguard is offering. I know the plan Vanguard will offer will depend on my company. I know I can read about performance and fee associated with each plan. I am considering rolling over an old 401k from Vanguard to Fidelity. The options are a self managed rollover IRA for no account fee, or the Fidelity Go IRA that is managed, with a fee of .35%/yr. Past performance is not a future predictor, blah, blah, blah. I have a 401k with my current employer,...Read more
