Some teams are good with work life balance, overall older employees demographic who want to stay till retirement. WF offers good benefits and lots of employee engagements opportunities.
Digital leadership is not good especially since 2-3 years now. Experienced leaders did an exodus and there was considerable brain drain. Lack of WF knowledge in new leaders. Technology is clunky and solutions are built to put band-aids on for short term, hiding long term system design and integration issues.
