Negotiated great TC when I started, so no complaints there Work alongside some great talent
No choice on engagements, very hard to get out of project if it's a bad fit HR dept completely opaque. Expected to bill the client 100% of the time, so no time left over for self-study. Absolutely zero support for career development People seem to be leaving at exponential rates Squad leads are overworked managers. Not empowered to offer anything but a shoulder to cry on. Higher ups used to do company updates, but those have stopped.
