I have YouTube premium and gigabit internet. Google keeps sneakily reducing resolution to 720p. Let me enjoy my 4k screen damn it. I am ok paying even more, just give me the ‘always enforce highest quality on all devices’ option. End of rant. TC 300 canadian peso

Best way to track PC network bandwidth usage

Looking at my network usage, my PC seems to be pulling an inordinate amount of data regularly (e.g. 1.8TB of data on 1 day last week) I'm hoping to isolate what this could be. Any tips? (E.g. Wireshark or something?) Also, in case it's Chrome, what is a good way to track usage there? Thanks!!
