No expectation of going above and beyond, project dependant might have good WLB, flexible work options like full remote and flex time within pay period. Interview process is straight forward, but you normally don't get choices on where you're needed, you can negotiate to move internally after your first placement.
Incompetent leadership, red tape, too much politics. One of the worse characteristics of the culture at booz is the constant paranoia that sharing or cooperating will put your job at risk which translates into teammates that are only concerned with their job security. No sharing of information or cooperation beyond pointless meetings. I guess for the pay and what little work gets accomplished it isn't terrible. But if you're trying to move up in tech and have aspirations of working for better companies I would look elsewhere, for doing your final years before retirement it might be a nice gig. Personally wouldn't recommend this company to any family members or friends.
