Pros-Good culture. People are generally friendly, and the vibe is casual
-Great health insurance and decent salary
-Updated their paternity leave policy a couple years ago from 2 weeks (!) to a couple months
Cons-Data is waaay behind. They tout their 1st-party data platform as cutting edge, but it's not.
-Product technology is behind. Maybe slightly above average for a media company vs tech
-I mean, it's the revenue team. All companies goals are apologetically about the money. That means we sometimes do work for companies like Exxon
