- Companies with great WLB I'd wholeheartedly recommend Cisco.. though the pay is low it has great WLB. However, the only problem is there are layoffs every quarter and one might have to be careful in choosing the team. Also it seems that employees of companies with great WLB are not necessarily active on blind.. TC: $120K
