“Meh… I’m only using this job as a temporary stepping stone”
ProsFlex Time Off is offered, but whether you’re actually encouraged to use it depends on your manager.
Benefits are slightly competitive.
Stable paycheck if you only need a stepping stone while you focus on professional development or just something in-between.
ConsTerrible culture. Extremely political cutthroat corporate environment. A bonafide boys club. Mostly a bunch of old cold white men who have outdated tech industry knowledge. HR is completely unsupportive, unhelpful, and are nothing more than virtue signaling representatives of the company. Senior leadership is almost completely ineffective. They don’t know how to handle their own mess and they hardly put in any effort.
Pay is far below market rates.
Your location doesn’t matter. The company is the same across the board.
Coalfire Posts
- Coalfire sucks Pay is trash. Culture is toxic. They fill positions with any warm bodies they can. Senior leadership and HR is incompetent and ineffective. Avoid this place like the plague.
- Coalfire Searched the archives and no posts about this company. Anyone have any intel on them? How are they to work at? They have a few roles open in Seattle that I may investigate.
- Has anyone interviewed at Coalfire in Denver? I have an interview coming up for a cloud role with Coalfire and can't seem to find much info on this particular role or the company in general aside from Glassdoor. Has anyone interviewed with them recently? TC: 70K YOE: 1+
