I have had multiple opportunities to advance in my career, in recognition of my hard work and high performance. The work environment is dynamic which keeps things interesting at work, and I'm never bored.
There was a lack of leadership support of acquiring new systems/tools or increasing headcount, to ensure that our team was ready to scale with client's growth and increasingly complex and numerous requests. There was also a disconnect between leadership understanding of processes and expectations versus the day-to-day operations and challenges. Poorly executed change management for system integrations and process automation. There was very limited communication and limited collaboration with end-users, which made the rollout significantly harder and less efficient at the beginning.
