Pros- Competitive pay for Metro Detroit
- Great Benefits
- WLB can be great IF you work at the right location and group. I worked at Fermi Nuclear Power Plant which was terrible for WLB and moved to corporate which has been great.
Cons- Stay away from Fermi. It runs as its own entity within DTE and has a terrible culture and WLB. Its also next to impossible to leave Fermi for another position in the company.
- DTE tends to promote based on politics and optics. Management is low quality.
