- vote Microsoft vs Datadog Which to Pick? I currently have an offer from each. Both remote Tc msft 230 Datadog tc is 220 Both are roughly in the same range. Microsoft’s is a little better because of the 401k matching and bonus structure. Assume comp is similar I’m leaning towards datadog. Their interview process was much more structured
