Since they are building lot of processes from ground up, (cause they lack behind industry standards)there is lot to learn.
Management has no idea how to get things done seamlessly. They just want people to magically do things without providing them complete context and background to problem. They are trying to do lot of things to fast and burning it’s employees. Managers are in meeting WHOLE day Nd have not self learning time. They are always running from one meeting ti another like headless chickens.
