“Low expectations but massively underpaid”

ProsIt’s really an easy job, with slow moving projects and low expectations of employees as they wait for some semblance of direction from leadership. Benefits are on

ConsNot even close to market compensation. Leadership does not provide clear direction and changes priorities constantly. The company only stays in business through lobbying to protect its entrenched monopoly to gouge customers with prices triple that in other states. Sexual harassment is rampant and leadership does nothing to discourage it or punish those responsible.

Reasons for ResignationNo opportunities to continue growing. Skills learned were primarily how to survive in a deeply toxic environment.
