ProsIt is very easy to achieve your goals and get work done within the work day. culture was great when the office was required
ConsThe pay is well below market value. The leadership team will flirt about upping pay but its a total lie to try to keep people happy. Lots of politics with promotions and they don't really care how well you perform. They'll happily go to a outside hire to pay them more instead of promoting from within. the whole marketing team left within a month of each other, as well as the sales and BDR team constantly changing.
Reasons for ResignationOther software companies were offering 75% higher base pay while Granicus refused to promote me. pretty simple decision
