Pros- ESOP options. (Be ready to get crushed by upper management as they leverage this situation to make your work over weekend or 12-13 hours a day)
- ESOP options (Make sure to be there till IPO or be ready to pay strike price to aquire the stocks. Check the diff between RSU and ESOPS)
- Once a month Friday leave ( You will only gain visibility if you work on this Friday and share that in channel)
