The pay was good. There were not too many meetings.
Completely disjointed project management from start to finish. The leadership had no idea what they were doing from a technical side, yet failed to have the technical team involved in any of the planning phase. Constant scope creep and changing documentation. Micromanagement of hours once project got ahead of schedule. Refused any direct interface with the end customer. When it was pointed out that we were going to finish early, months ahead of time, they assured employees the length of the contract would be honored or that notice would be given if that changed. Then they cut everyone a month early with zero notice. Project came in substantially under budget and they treated people like pieces of paper.
