Pros- Leadership is very open and transparent about company direction.
- WLB is very much ingrained in the company's culture.
- The salary is above average.
- Team culture is very conducive to communication and learning.
Cons- 401k is only available after 6 months
- No bonus structure.

Are there companies who will keep your offer valid for awhile after that, assuming they have a role open that’s a fit? I’d be looking for senior or staff iOS roles at 400-500k TC and up.
