Good total compensation and decent work/life balance. The product is pretty good (but, at the end of the day, it’s still just another customer service software).
The leadership attempts to display confidence but is deeply insecure. Numbers are used to reinforce narratives but disregarded when convenient. Worse yet, leadership often displays ignorance of sales and marketing metrics. The culture is problematic. The CEO reinforces their beliefs and biases by suppressing opinions or discussions that diverge from their personal beliefs. It's a potentially hostile environment for racialized and LGBT+ individuals.
