A HR said in a town hall meeting that pay cannot be raised due to Jacobs is a publicly traded company and it is hard to justify with the auditor, total bullshit while they are losing headcount’s due to pay issue. 3. Overtime will happen due to losing headcount 4. Disconnection btw upper management and the money maker. Town hall talks are full of shit for investors, lower level people never have anything to do with their investor talks. 5. Body shop for Engineers
