- Great work/life balance - Coworkers are nice and down-to-earth
- Internal systems are incredibly old and creaky; results in tons of manual work and tons of bugs whenever code changes are made - Leadership is focused on short-term revenue (i.e., keeping a specific institution as a customer) rather than long-term growth, which might come at the expense of short-term profit - The company is happy to keep doing the status quo due to the lack of real competitors - Compensation is incredibly below market
