ProsIf you got in early, you were most likely promoted very quickly (above your skill set / experience).
ConsHorrible leadership - Amol was completely delusional and a narcissistic CEO who did not take feedback from people with boots in the ground.
We never paid our vendors and it made the day to day a living hell, especially in customer-facing roles.
Of course the company filed Chapter 11 bankruptcy due to the management and financial mess Knotel was in even prior to Covid-19.
