The package is good, competitive base pay, very good pension and health insurance. Bonus is okay, but management have a bad habit of always coming up with a reason to not be fair with it - have to be prudent with Covid, not sure what business will be like after Covid, pipeline looks uncertain. And yet KF has a tonne of cash in the bank for acquisitions
Work life balance is atrocious - for advisory in particular There isn’t enough staff, so people work hard and burnout. We can’t staff projects properly and partners are mainly incentivised to sell so you’re always pulled into projects that don’t have enough budget or people and you’re expected to work all hours to make it work. People are nice, but the culture and KPIs promote all this kind of behaviour So hard to get promoted internally - you’ve to hit your targets (which is mostly down to the partners you work with being nice enough to share sales credits with you) and then do a huge amount of networking which forces you to spread yourself even more thin
