You can say goodbye to any life outside of work. Management across the board has shown time and time again that they will not stick up for their employees. I have seen firsthand cases of being actively thrown under the bus by management. They are also pushing hard to return to the office and are not accepting of individual employee circumstances. For example, recently giving employees a 5 day notice that they are expected to return to the office after having worked remote for over 2 years during the pandemic.
