-Worklife balance -Hybrid work schedule. -Company is medium sized, so can pivot career after doing enough time and building rapport. -Opportunity to get a project out, as a lot of things need work in this company, and quickly learn things as you will be required to work asap. -Good chunk of staff aren't assholes and are decent people, who try to help.
- Extremely disorganized teams to work with. - Everything is a priority here, archaic processes that frustrate everyone involved. - Low comp for the work you do. - Was stated they don't hire assholes, but honestly a good chunk of them fit the bill. It's like you're working at a hedgefund, but without the comp. - Multiple rounds of layoffs, management is likely to acquire again, so more layoffs to come. - Constant reorg changes. - You will be overworked, and management feels you don't deserve cost of living increases despite the extra work they pile on you.(Was told something akin to "if you don't like it you can go")
