Some good middle managers that had good intentions Compensation was in-line with market Salaried employees receive unlimited PTO
- Obvious disconnect between executive leadership, board/investors, and target market. Medly will be a stalling point in your career, no matter which role you're in, because of ELT’s incompetence and business illiteracy -People with the skills to make an impact are not given the time, support, or tools to showcase their talents and implement the change Medly needs. - Lack of respect from the top and blatant favoritism of one team over another. I heard name-calling and blaming from C-level execs almost immediately. - Executive leadership sacrifices quality of work for quantity of work. They care more about checking the box of getting something done than they do about whether or not it even works. Patients were the ones who paid the price for this push of speed over quality. - So far in 2022, Medly has had three rounds of layoffs. After each layoff, people were told there were no more planned layoffs. This was either blatant dishonesty or a clear representation of the disconnect between executive leadership and the true financial state of the business.
