- How long after I693 RFE to I485 approval? I got my I693 RFE (medicals) at the end of September, and lawyers submitted the response on October 7th. MyCase status got updated to "rfe response was received" on October 15th. How much longer will it take to hear an update? My case is in the Nebraska service center. Priority date is current TC:
