No direction, release products prematurely and then shift and on the pricing model after we’ve delivered a pricing model. In my career of over a decade I’ve never seen such a high level of turnover in the GTM. Absolutely no culture. It’s a job, and some members of the c-suite are vicious and out of touch. Quota attainment has hovered around 20% for AEs for the last two years. Comp plans that do not set you up for success, no leads, and you need to wear many hats without the needed support.
