They have a good culture and WLB. There are lots of fun events, even remotely.
Culture centers on happy hour / drinking. Attendance at “fun” events can feel mandatory. Managers have 30+ hours of meetings per week. Company doesn’t seem capable of growth, people are leaving from all levels. People are way underpaid at Pinger.
