100% remote So disorganized you practically don't have to work much, because not much real work gets done. Just show up to meetings and finish your tickets. If you're cool with career stagnation and non-development, Pluto is for you!
Gender inequality. Women are not respected. Lack of respect for people with disabilities and their ideas or perspectives. So many meetings, all the time. Just don't go if not required. All they do is talk and talk and over-complicate things. Over an hour spent talking about how to track summer Fridays! You are not allowed to innovate or use or develop your skills. You cannot accomplish and fix things due to too many roadblocks. Management proud of their control and paternalistic hierarchy. Your manager toxic? 2nd level manager won't even meet with you. Manager will pass down all of his goals to you. I've never had a job with 6+ VP level goals due in first 6 months as an individual contributor. If you try to actually help, fix problems, innovate, invent things, etc. your manager may tell you to stick to his vision of your job description, which may be quite narrow. Fellow team members will side with your manager because they work for him, they have to.
