Adtech industry is constantly changing, so there is always interesting work to be done. Employees are generally super friendly and easy to work with.
Decision making and turnover at the top often leads the company astray. Oftentimes the wrong people are entrusted to make critical decisions and there is little accountability so never ending fires to be put out. For example, a recent push to require office attendance has not gone well with employees actively ignoring policies due to the historical lack of accountability.
