Decent pay, work/life balance. Advocates for safety. CEO communicates regularly.
Too much work and always increasing. Managers have no clue what’s going on and are only thinking about themselves. Lack of processes, procedures, and training. There is no punishment for poor performers and no reward for high performers. Lack of communication and ability to evenly spread workload. This company is for people who want to have a decent and comfortable lifestyle and maintain the status quo. The Edison company culture is “Do only the minimum. Do not plan for the future. Ignore it if it’s not your problem, or just make it somebody else’s. Spend millions on horrible projects that make life harder in the workplace. We take California taxpayers money and regress because we are a monopoly.”
