“Losing great talent”
ProsGood, smart people mostly at the non-managerial level. A decent number of days off along with federal holiday's.
ConsCEO is a mixed bag - plays Taylor Swift during company wide meetings, has claimed that "All lives matter", and constantly promotes how Strivr "sets up people for their next role." Seems pretty ignorant to the results of the surveys where compensation has been one of the major areas of improvement needed.
Executive team had a lot of churn last year - 5 departures, including Chief Science Officer. A lot of key contributors left since start of 2022 which the CEO and HR chalk up to people being here for more than the average 2 years.
HR team has all left except for the VP who doesn't address concerns or questions that are raised.
One of the core values that remain is transparency... but there doesn't seem to be much of that going around for some blatant integrity issues from the exec team.
