ProsNothing, besides a few smart people to work with. Work-life balance is okay.
ConsTerrible management. No documented performance review process which is very shady.
Low pay. No equity offered. You will be underpaid by over 30% w.r.t to the current market. Company has lost major clients to competitors and profit margin is reducing each year.
