1. Although they claim themselves as 'a tech company'. But not really. Core technology are held by only few people/group who refuse to share. Put engineers on meaningless project and waste their time and talent 2. Periodic lay-offs 3. The industry is in some way fixed or commoditised, so no real innovation going on. Managers don't give a fck about getting projects done and deployed. Everyone is managing upwards instead of getting people together and crack on real problems 4. Be expected to work without any training, collaboration or given any training
