“Good work life balance but growth is stagnant”
ProsSurescripts overall is well managed and can be a great place if you're generally not interested in growing your career. You will work with solid people that are happy to work for very 'mission' based company that serves an outsized role in healthcare (as compared to their overall size and revenue profile). You truly have a sense of working for a company that makes an impact in healthcare.
ConsThis is not a fast growing company. In short there are fewer chances for promotion and career growth across the board because the attrition rate amongst middle and upper management is low. Pay/benefits have fallen behind and are below average. Management takes a long time to make decisions around personnel and where to invest resources in projects/products, in part, because the ownership structure (Private JV) does not allow for more certain decision making in investments and new innovative models. From a product standpoint there are a lot of roadblocks to growth.

Drugs that work for one patient may not work for another, even if both patients have the same diagnosis. This is why each patient should be tested to select the most effective and least toxic drug regimen for that individual before initiating treatment.
